Magnolia Rifle & Pistol Club provides equal membership opportunities to all applicants who are US Citizens and can legally own and/or possess a firearm. All applications will be considered for membership without regard to the applicant’s race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

This application is for membership beginning April 15, 2025 through May 31, 2025.

Applicants must complete the 2025 Application for Membership Form provided below. A nonrefundable $75.00 Application Processing Fee along with your annual membership dues of $200 must be submitted with your application.

Once a completed 2025 Membership Application Form is submitted, a criminal background check will be conducted, unless the application has a permit or is exempt (see exemptions below).

After completion of the criminal background check, the applicant will be contacted via email and scheduled for the next Range Usage & Safety Course. All applicants must successfully complete this course prior to becoming an active member. Classes will be scheduled as soon as possible. You must attend and pass the Range Usage & Safety Course to become an active member, no exceptions! You will receive an email with several dates to choose from.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS: A family member (spouse/son/daughter) may also complete the 2025 Application for Membership Form and be issued a Range Authorization Badge provided they successfully complete the Range Usage & Safety Course. In the case of a son/daughter, they must be living in the same household, over the age of 18, and still in school. There will be a $50.00 processing/membership fee for each family member badge issued. Please note* If you are adding a spouse and/or son/daughter to your membership, you must fill out one application per family member. Applications and payments should be submitted together.

EXEMPTION: An exemption to the criminal background check MAY be granted to Current/Active Law Enforcement Officers (LEO), or if an Active-Duty member of the Armed Forces of the United States.
