Magnolia Rifle & Pistol Club provides equal membership opportunities to all applicants who are US Citizens and can legally own and/or possess a firearm. All applications willbe considered for membership without regard to the applicant’s race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.This application is for membership beginning April 15, 2026 through May 31, 2026. Applicants must complete the 2026 Application for Membership Form provided below.

A nonrefundable $75.00 Application Processing Fee along with your annual membership dues of $200 (For a total amount of $275 + credit card processing fee) will be charged upon completion of this form.Once a completed 2026 Membership Application Form is submitted, a criminal background check will be conducted (unless the applicant qualifies for an exemption, see below for instructions on claiming an exemption).After completion of the criminal background check, the applicant will be contacted via email and scheduled for the next Range Usage & Safety Course. All applicants must successfully complete this course prior to becoming an active member. Classes will be scheduled as soon as possible. You must attend and pass the Range Usage & SafetyCourse to become an active member, no exceptions! You will receive an email with several dates to choose from.

EXEMPTION: An exemption to the criminal background check MAY be granted to holders of a current and valid Mississippi Firearms Permit (MFP), Current/Active LawEnforcement Officers (LEO), holders of a Federal Firearms License either Type 1, 2, or3, or if an Active-Duty member of the Armed Forces of the United States. To qualify for an exemption, the applicant must present proof of their claimed exemption at the time of their attendance at the Range Safety & Usage Course.
